I first discovered the power of mediation and mindfulness in the midst of my recovery from an eating disorder. Whilst the not funnest journey, I am so grateful for everything I have learned from it.

I've seen first hand how transformative meditation and gratitude can be. This has inspired me to live my life wanting to continue learning and sharing the beauty of meditation - which btw can be in so many different forms (not just sitting still crossed legged!).

My approach to meditation is rooted in somatic practices, emphasising the importance of bodily awareness and mindfulness. Through carefully crafted sessions, I help individuals cultivate a deep connection with their bodies, fostering a sense of presence and self-compassion.
MEDITATION WITH EATING DISORDERS
Recognising the unique challenges posed by eating disorders, I also offer a dedicated safe and compassionate space to assisting and supporting individuals throughout their recovery journey. Providing practices and resources suited to the individual.
