Why Yoga and Meditation?

Because it Works.....

I first discovered the power of mediation and mindfulness when I started to practice yoga in the midst of my recovery from an eating disorder. Whilst the not funnest journey, I am so grateful for everything I have learned from it. 

​

I've seen first hand how transformative meditation and gratitude can be. This has inspired me to live my life wanting to continue learning and sharing the beauty of meditation - which btw can be in so many different forms (not just sitting still crossed legged!).

​

My approach to meditation is rooted in somatic practices, emphasising the importance of bodily awareness and mindfulness. Through carefully crafted sessions, I help individuals cultivate a deep connection with their bodies, fostering a sense of presence and self-compassion.
